Our budding Women in Midlife initiative is growing in community and supporting women globally. Please share with someone you know who might be interested in joining us as we discuss how we're navigating the the various aspects of this significant transitional time of our lives.
We have a budding Midlife Library with some recommended reads ... a YouTube channel with a few videos ... as well as an upcoming Retreat.

Wellbeing Initiative
WellnessWednesdayWeekly.com was born in response to the pandemic that shut the world down in an instant, sending many people to work from home and adjust to a new life on their own.
Although this initiative has terminated, you still have access to view the programming: weekly convos, checkins, a few blog posts, a past reading circle, writing workshop, and a 10 Episode podcast including a 4 part Meditation series that you can still listen to.
